Not able to save the workitem

I am not able to save the workitem..In Followup action I added the plugin project. After added I am not able to save my workitem. its showing error "An unhandled error occurs Null pointer exception".can anyone tell why this issue is happening? I checked will all attribute id's but am not able to find it. can anyone help?

The question does not make a lot of sense. The error message says that there is a NullPointer Exception which usually means that some object method is called and said object was Null.
