IBM i Dependency build setup question
I can't seem to get the dependency build function on IBM i to work like I would expect. I've got a project setup with 2 components: "Files" and "Programs". In the "Files" component, I have that the project dependencies selecting the "Programs" and in "Programs" I have dependencies selecting "Files"
In the "Files" component I have QDDSSRC with a *PRTF source. In the "Programs" component I have an RPGLE program source that uses that printer file.
My expectation is that when I change the printer file, that dependency build would also rebuild the RPGLE program, but it never does.
The same thing is true if I change a table or view.
What am I missing?
