Hello Team,
Please help with this error:
[Jazz build engine] CRRTC3524W: Communication with the repository failed due to this error:
CRJAZ1373E The followin URL can not be  reached: /ccm/versionCompatibility?clientVersion=6.0.
The network stated that the server is unknown and then returned to ratsuite192.sby.ibm.com.

It is not clear what exact version of RTC server you have got, it seems JBE version if 6.0 though.
From the client, are you able to ping your server ratsuite192.sby.ibm.com?
do you have proxy used in the environment? if yes, you may hit this defect:
