I see that there are two ways to denote that a work item is blocked:
Blocked Cards functionality: this appears to be a plan attribute
Depends on-Blocks link: this appears to be a true dependency

I would like to understand scenarios for using one Blocked Cards functionality and  Depends on-Blocks links independently, and scenarios where they could be used together. How are your teams using them?
