Upgrade of major version of IBM CLM has any dependency with iFixes?

Is there any dependency to upgrade to major CLM version based on iFix?

Currently, we are using CLM 6.0.3 with iFix003. I would like to apply the latest iFix012.

In release notes it is mentioned that "The Rational solution for CLM 6.0.7 is the next release that will include all these fixes. If you plan to upgrade, upgrade to version 6.0.7 or later."

If I wanted to upgrade CLM 6.0.3 with iFix012 to CLM 6.0.5 with iFix006 is possible? If yes, any impact will be there?

Or from 6.0.3 iFix012 to 6.0.7 only possible?

Hi Tojan!

There is no problem. You can upgrade without problems. Just keep in mind whenever possible, keep the latest iFix installed in your environment.

Just remember to follow all the steps recommended on DeveloperWorks iterative guide.
