The RTC dashboard's images report can't be shown in Japanese

Hi Team,

We have a Project Area on CCM  where Japanese characters are not showed, instead of it displays squares where the Japanese characters should be, this happened before we divided CCM app into another server and made the upgrade to version 6.0.3

We had installed missing language packages on OS level and added Japanese language in WebSphere App, but the issue is still there.

Maybe there's something we haven't tried yet, Could you please help us ?
