Peer is not authenticated error while deploying application using ucd from rtc

I am using CLM version 5.0.2 and UCD version 6.1.1.4, When I try to deploy an application using UCD,It is showing an error peer is not authenticated even though the test connection is successful in RTC Client.Can anyone help me to resolve this issue,thanks in advance
