[RTC] How to see all user info from the administrator account

There is no CLI for that. Repotools can give you all the users and their licenses.
You can use API for that. https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2012/12/09/analyzing-a-aroject-areas-members-and-roles-using-the-plain-java-client-libraries/ explains how. Obviously you can also group the information by user.
