[RTC] How to see all user info from the administrator account

I am a user with administrator rights to an RTC repository.
I would like to know how I can get a list of all users with their project belonging to my repository via CLI.

There is no CLI for that. Repotools can give you all the users and their licenses.
You can use API for that. https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2012/12/09/analyzing-a-aroject-areas-members-and-roles-using-the-plain-java-client-libraries/ explains how. Obviously you can also group the information by user.
