RTC cli checkin taking too much time to checkin one file, Is there any solution to mini-maize checkin time ?

 Normal checkin for one file is taking arround 40-45 mint

after seting environment flag "SCM_DAEMON_INACTIVE_TIME_OUT" it took 18-20 mint but still its worst.

Executing following command:
lscm checkin -u t*p -P p7 -d C:\Apps\RTC\workspaceInt_14_05_2018 -c _Kw0kkGiJEeixwa5X5SlL9g -j -v C:\Apps\RTC\workspaceInt_14_05_2018\WorkPlace\test5.txt

you may add
export LSCM_USE_JAVA_FEC=xyz
on top of lscm.bat(or lscm.sh)
and see if that helps
