Is RTC Contributor (or RDNG Analyst) license able to review/add comments in RQM Test Plan artifact?

 Motivation: Since Development people (who have RTC Contributor license)  and Product Owner (who writes the Requirements in RDNG and have Analyst license) need to review Tests created by QA people in RQM

Unfortunately, no.  These CALs only have read access to test artifacts.  See https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.jazz.repository.web.admin.doc/topics/c_license_mgmt_over.html for more details.

 I see, So what is the recommended process to review  Test Plans/ Test Cases by Developers & Product Owners?

After investigating further, users with RTC Contributor and/or RDNG Analyst CALs can add/update/remove reviews/approvals and add review comments including saving the test artifact. 

We have opened Client access license management overview topic does not cover formal reviews. (347629) to update the product documentation.
