Auto Defect Logging in RTC (Change & Configuration Management)

Hi All, I m new to IBM Tools,i have to log a defect in RTC(Change & Configuration Management) using Rest API in Java. Can anyone help me on the api & xml to be pass for that api or can Anyone provide any sample code for it..??
