CQConnector setup problems

Hello,

I am trying to setup the CQConnector in the test server. I have an issue I am unable to resolve. I am receiving error when trying to launch step 1 of CQConnector setup:

The user ID you logged in with is not recognizable.

If you used the default ADMIN user to log in, you likely disabled it during the setup. Try again using the new admin user you created during the setup.

I have verified that the user has CQConnector license and also part of the project. I have also verified that the com.ibm.team.uris and it is pointing to the /ccm not the /jts.

Please help with any ideas you may have.

Generally, the message "The user ID you logged in with is not recognizable." indicates that the user ID does not have repository permission to access the page. Does the user belong to any jazz groups?

Yes the specified id is associated to the Jazz Admins security group. Thanks.
