PermissionDeniedException: while running workshopsetup.bat

Hi ,

I am installing jetty setup on localhost.I am following RTC Extension Workshop 6.0.3,but not able to run workshop setup.bat file successfully .RTC Extension Workshop project area is already created at the server.I am getting the following error.

nts" permission is required to complete the operation.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue,as I have to complete this setup as soon as possible.Please share some links or your views.
