We need to change Jazz User IDs, because IT migrating people to the new Active Directory and changing user account name.
After we change Jazz User ID and user logon with new User ID, Rational Team Concert create a new personal dashboard for user and user do not have his original personal dashboard as the default one.

We tried to clean complete user web browser settings, we tried to reindex everything after User ID change, nothing help.
No error message in log, Rational Team Concert just create a new user dashboard. Any hint, how to preserve original personal dashboard for user with changed Jazz User ID?

Thanks,
Vlastimil

How did you change the user ID in the first place?

Hi, we tried two different ways:
1. Changed Jazz property User Registry to UNSUPPORTED and enable User ID modification. Then changed User ID on Jazz server manually using Active Users web section. And then switch back User Registry to LDAP.
2. Using libraries and plain API described on https://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2012/10/12/changing-the-jazz-user-id-using-the-rtc-plain-java-client-libraries/

Both ways have the same result - user is mapped to another LDAP account and have no problem, but original personal dashboard is lost.

Hi Vlastimil,
I am facing the same issue while RTC-5 tomcat to RTC_6 upgrade as our LDAP registry has changed. Were you able to find a solution for this issue? Could you please share with us.
Thanks
