Can we add external Widgets(user created) to RTC dashboard in RTC 6.0?

Yes, of cause can you do this. But in RTC, its a bit complicated.
If you have RM installed, use that to publish the widget.
  • Copy your widget to the webapps-folder (i.e. C:\IBM\JazzTeamServer\server\tomcat\webapps)
  • Set the property "com.ibm.rdm.widgetcatalog.internal.widgetCatalog" (Advanced properties of RM) to https://<your-server:9443>/extensions/MyWidget.xml
Or you can publish your widget by deploying it on your webserver and than use the Open Social Widget. As url you may use something like https://<your-server:9443>/MyWidget/MyWidget.xml .
