Workitem links while importing from csf file

While importing workitems from csv file, i want to link to the existing requirements in JAZZ. how should i do this?

FORUM ADMINISTRATOR / FORUM MODERATOR / JAZZ DEVELOPER
You add a column for the specific link. If the target work item exists, add the work item ID prefixed with a #.
