Disappearing Snapshots from planning

Something weird happened. We have been using Sprint/Release/Backlog snapshots since January. At the end of each sprint, we do a comparison. Of course, the beginning we have planned snapshots.

Today, we were talking with a new department about snapshots and went in to the plans and can't find any. There are no snapshots for the last 4 sprints, nor release plans, nor backlog.

Any idea?

 I think this will require some in-depth investigation. It would be best to open a PMR for IBM support or a defect on jazz.net.

Oddly enough:


"Have you tried turning it off and back on again?"....a maintenance weekend reboot fixed it. The old snapshots are back.
