We have long time a performance issue when loading plans (even small) in RTC web client. We found that this problem happens only to normal users (JazzUsers permission) for the admin the plan loads quite fast. So since we have small team our workaround was to set for all users JazzAdmins permission and hoping that no user will break the installation.
We recently migrated to RTC 5.0.1 however the problem is still there. How is performance of loading plans related to user permission?
Thanks,
Libor

JAZZ DEVELOPER
 Hello,
I don't think such performance issue is normal.
As you underline - your Team is small - so even if there was such problem loading plans vs user permissions - you should not be impacted.

The major parameter impacting plan loading performance is the number of items in the plan.

At this stage, I could encourage you to contact IBM Support,
https://jazz.net/help/support/
and open a PMR - so we can further investigate.
