New User Account Creation - Cannot set or reset password

 I am running the Jazz Server demo environment.
I want to practice setting up user accounts and setting roles, teams and permissions.
I can create a new user account but I cannot set or reset the password for the user account.
I think this is because I a do not have an email server configured.
Is there any way to create and use new user accounts without an email server?

Please disregard.
It seems that the password is the username by default.
