Email Notification Disable for Project Level

Hi All,

The use of Email notification is used to notify the user like inviting the user for the Project and whenever at the time of creating Work-Item, Modifications and Change-set deliver the User will get notified through Email.

Here My question is, is it possible to disable Email notification for Project Level and is there any feature to disable the email notification in 6.0.5?

Please let me know if any other option is available.
