Setting up mail notification using IBM SMTP server

I'm configuring a RTC beta server for evaluation using Bluepages LDAP
for authentication. I'd like to configure the work item mail notification.

I've set the following properties in teamserver.properties

workitem.notification.mail.enabled= true
workitem.notification.mail.smtp.server= na.relay.ibm.com

Can someone tell me what should be used for the properties

workitem.notification.mail.smtp.user= username
workitem.notification.mail.smtp.password= password

Do we have an account we use with our internally supported SMTP servers?
