How to enable preview of PDF attachments in RTC?
We are running RTC 6.0.3 iFix10, and are unable to preview PDF file type Work Item attachments. When you attempt to preview the PDF, a pop-up window displays "Preview is unavailable for this file type. Click here to download the attachment." We have tried this in IE, Chrome, and Firefox.
It is my understanding that as of RTC 5.0.1 that PDF previews are supported? Please refer to https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/5.0.1?p=news#attachmentFeatures.
Is there a setting or configuration that we are missing?

PDFs were disabled for preview due to security issues with the PDF plugin.

Mar 07 '18, 4:53 p.m.I have similar problems in both my 6.0.2 and 6.0.5 environment. If I click the Show More link, I can see the PDF interface, but not the actual content.
