 how do i install the excel import utility so i can run test cases offline? i tried installing from the page but it would keep asking me to input my jazz name and password which i did but would continue to ask me for it. Is there a different way to install it other than on that page i even tried different browsers the same exact name and password to log into it doesn't work.

  • the description is not clear on what's wrong.
    Have you installed RQMExcelImporter following
    https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMExcelWordImporter
  • what is your RQM, RQMExcelImporter version, what is office version and bit and which one you used as installer?
  • What do you mean by "installing from the page"?
    you need to download a version of RQMExcelImporter from jazz.net(usually same version of your RQM). then follow the wiki to meet the pre-requisites and it should be fine.

Are you trying to download it from RQM Download location? Please check you are attempting to login with valid user credential.
