How to install excel import utility

how do i install the excel import utility so i can run test cases offline? i tried installing from the page but it would keep asking me to input my jazz name and password which i did but would continue to ask me for it. Is there a different way to install it other than on that page i even tried different browsers the same exact name and password to log into it doesn't work.

the description is not clear on what's wrong.
Have you installed RQMExcelImporter following
https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMExcelWordImporter
what is your RQM, RQMExcelImporter version, what is office version and bit and which one you used as installer?
What do you mean by "installing from the page"?
you need to download a version of RQMExcelImporter from jazz.net(usually same version of your RQM). then follow the wiki to meet the pre-requisites and it should be fine.

Are you trying to download it from RQM Download location? Please check you are attempting to login with valid user credential.
