How to install excel import utility
how do i install the excel import utility so i can run test cases offline? i tried installing from the page but it would keep asking me to input my jazz name and password which i did but would continue to ask me for it. Is there a different way to install it other than on that page i even tried different browsers the same exact name and password to log into it doesn't work. |

Are you trying to download it from RQM Download location? Please check you are attempting to login with valid user credential.

Have you installed RQMExcelImporter following
https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMExcelWordImporter
you need to download a version of RQMExcelImporter from jazz.net(usually same version of your RQM). then follow the wiki to meet the pre-requisites and it should be fine.
