 I am trying to create Test Suite Execution Records in TDP using RQM Rest APIs. I have created a Test suite execution record xml by executing Get request on those artifacts and I am looking for information on how to create a testphase, iteration and testplan parent iteration which will then be used to create a SuiteExecutionRecord

You should be able to perform similar operation for Test Suite Execution Record.
