Need help configuring RQM and RQM Reporting different system

Hi All,
We need assistance or configuration instructions when we have the RQM Report Server and Data Warehouse on a different system than the RQM server. Both appears to be installed and running correctly, however we are not seeing a RQM folder in the RQM Reports server.
