RTC - LDAP synchro, what is the difference between LDAPRACFNightlySyncTask and LDAPNightlySyncTask ?

 In the admin.configureAdvanced page of RTC, we can change the configuration for the two entrys : 

LDAPNightlySyncTask and LDAPRACFNightlySyncTask.

 What is the difference ?

If you're not using z/OS, forget about LDAP RACF, or LDAP/SDBM for that matter.
