RTC new versions and ldap realm federation on tomcat
Hello,
I have read that we can configure RTC with Websphere to use authentication with LDAP and Websphere (https://jazz.net/library/article/604) I have read that this configuration was impossible on tomcat with RTC v3 (https://jazz.net/forum/questions/52478/ldap-realm-federation-and-tomcat) Is it possible with the new versions (v4.0.6. or v5.0.2. or v6.0.1) to configure tomcat to use a mix authentication ? Is it exist a documentation ? Thanks for your help Mathieu |

Please have a look at https://jazz.net/library/article/457 I don't know if it works with all versions, however the comments indicate it works with 3.x and there was a patch for 2.x. You can try it on a test system in your version.

I would conclude there is no description how to. If you know Tomcat real good, there might be ways, but I think that your statement is probably closer to the truth.
