Jazz RTC liberty server LDAP auhentication

With RTC running on liberty server, I want to delegate user authentication to an LDAP directory.
No problem, it is very well explained.
But I want to be able to create "generic" users (for my batch processes, etc.) that are not present in the LDAP. Is it possible ? A kind of double authentication. If RTC does not find the user in the LDAP, can I tell him to look at another user repository that is not LDAP?

You can use federated registries with Liberty profile , LDAP along with Basic user registry.

The following article is not complete yet, but it would give you an idea of how to configure Liberty profile with multiple registries:
