Where do I download the 6.0.5 Build System Toolkit zipfile for AIX?

In the past I use to download the Build System Toolkit .zip file and unzip to use. I notice the build system toolkit is bundled in the installer which needs a GUI. I don't want to use the GUI I just want the 6.0.5 Build System Toolkit .zip file for AIX. If someone can point me to this 6.0.5 .zip file that would be great. Thanks in advance.
