How do I change how often email notifications are sent?

 I've seen several documents, such as https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSR27Q_6.0.1/com.ibm.team.workitem.doc/topics/r_workitem_email_notification_template_syntax.html, say that aggregate changes are emailed out in a notification at a specified time interval.


How do I alter the time interval in which the aggregate changes notifications are sent out in Jazz Team Server 6.0.3?

OK, I think I figured it out. You have to go the the CCM and QM advanced properties pages and set the Mail Notification Send Interval (seconds) property, then reboot the server.

Yes, in addition, to control QM artifact's review and approval email notifications, look for QM advanced property: 'Change Notification Send Interval' and 'Approval Reminder Notification Send Interval'. These also require a server reboot to take effect.
