JTS setup by repotools command

I'm trying to do jts setup by using repotools-jts.sh -setup.
I'd like to exclude datawarehouse configuration.
Is there any way not to configure data warehouse when setting up by command line?
I'm trying to edit teamserver.properties (comment out lines regarding warehouse) but didn't work.

Thank you in advance.

After a conversation with the support team, it is indeed not possible. There's an enhancement request:

As far as I am aware, you are supposed to record a response file during an install and then use that response file for the automation. The response file would contain all the choices you did.

Thanks Ralph! But the choice of having a DW DB or not (for JTS and CCM in my case) is not at installation time, but at setup time. But when you run repotools-jts.sh -setup (to record a response file for example), you HAVE to configure a DW for both JTS and CCM. I would like an option NOT to, as is it possible when you perform the setup from the web interface which has the "I do not wish to configure the data warehouse at this time" option to tick.
