after server rename running - URL https://hostname:9443/jts/serverRenameStatus#/steps/2 hangs

Hi,

After setting up the staging server when we ran the server rename it has entered into a kind of hung state. Snapshot below

URL https://hostname:9443/jts/serverRenameStatus#/steps/2 hangs

Note: In the previous window it showed everything to be completed at 100%

Verifying the jts.log has the below message.

2015-07-01 00:23:53,323 [ pool-8-thread-1] INFO com.ibm.team.jfs - CRJZS5655I Text indexer for /admin has started

2015-07-01 00:23:54,026 [ pool-8-thread-1] INFO com.ibm.team.jfs - CRJZS5657I RDF indexer for /admin has started

Have waited for almost 2 hours still don't see any progress in log file as well as in the GUI window.

Any suggestions would be of great help.

Hi Team,

This seem to be a browser related issue and we could get this resolved by trying using Internet Explorer.

Pop up blocker could be the issue.
