Why is there a horizontal scroll bar for level 3 heading artifacts in module display DOORS Next Generation 6.0.4? Is there a way to toggle it off? If so, how?

I don't see this in both my DNG 6.0.4 and 6.0.5 environments.

We just upgraded to 6.0.4 and are seeing the same problem with horizontal scroll bars on level 3 artifacts.

We were also seeing some of this on version 5.0.2. Can anything be done about this?
