The pre-condition “E-Signature Required for Formal Review” does not work

 I’m using RQM 6.0.2

I defined a Preconditions for quality management.
I chose the “E-Signature Required for Formal Review”

The explanation says:
“Use this precondition to require that an e-signature is supplied when the status of an approval or review record is changed for a test plan, test case, test suite, test script, execution result, or test suite log.”And it is triggered when doing a “Save Formal Review”

I can’t make this working. I never receive the logon window

1.       I defined this pre-condition for all the roles
2.       I have a Test Case Result in Draft State
3.       Change it to “Under Review”
4.       But I never receive the prompt to enter my login ID. when I saved the object.
Is it the correct process?
