When related/dependent workitems are reported?

Hi,

I am trying to retrieve when the related/dependent work item are reported in the history. For instance, look at the below example:


defect 10714 is children of defect 10716. I wanted to know when this relation is discovered and how can i retrieve it form RTC.

Links are stored in History.  In this History tab you can enable the checkbox next to "Include Link History"
