CQImport error on invoke

Hello,

I am trying to invoke CQImport from File > Import > Team > ClearQuest Records. I am getting an error that says that cqjni.jar file is not found. Please help to resolve this. I also need to know about how to access CQTM in a different server machine using CQImport wizard. It will help if there is a guidance on how to import History and attachment files using CQImport feature.

Hello Mahasweta,

To use the ClearQuest Importer, you must be using the 32-bit version of the RTC Eclipse client and you must have ClearQuest installed on the same machine.  Are you doing so?

The ClearQuest Importer does import attachments.  Be sure to include the "Attachments" field as a display field in the CQ query you wish to import.  I do not believe the importer can import CQ record history into the work item's history.  Perhaps you could map the CQ history to a different field if it may only to be used as a reference?
