Not able to delete the artifact and module, due to locked artifact, but non of lockrd artifact is visible in those module

When i try to delete any module its show error

Error: this module cannot delete because either that is locked or linked with someone else

but actully that is not linked with any other artifact

So how can i delete that module

Open a support ticket for assistance. And check the rm.log for error associated with the delete operation.
