Is there a way to get screenshots in RQM while we run manual test script without using RFT

when we run manual test script using RFT, we can capture the screenshot. My task is to generate screen shots without using RFT. I wanted to know how we can capture the screenshots in RQM while running the manual test scripts. someone Please provide documents to complete this task.
