How to adjust number of shown entries in My Work Item Changes Widget?

Hi!
We use RTC 6.0.2.
I use the Widget "My Work Item Changes" to show up everything where my username was involved in. How many old entries should be shown there? Is it possible to adjust the number of shown entries?

The problem is: I want to turn off the notification emails because it's much easier to see everything with the widget, but when I am offline for some days (vacation, ill), old changes are not shown anymore.
