Hello!

I created my Defect arrival resolution widget but doesn't show all the open defects in RTC.
Only it shows 2 defect when there are  5 related defect to my test plan.

Which other conditions should have the 5 defects for displaying them into the widget?
 
and is neccesary to do another action for configuring my widget or defects?
