I have created a snapshot(test1) on repository workspace. Now I want to promote it a stream. I get the below error.

Ambiguous selector "test1" matched multiple items:

Problem running 'snapshot promote':
Ambiguous snapshot selector test1.
I believe there might be another "test1" snapshot on different repository workspace and different stream.
Do we need to have unique snapshot names through out project area ?
