Maybe you can use view to hide certain requirements in DNG, and generate a report with whole module. Find certain rule to filter which one has been imported or not.

In DNG, you can filter the artifacts by artifact type, artifact tags, attribute values, and link types. https://jazz.net/help-dev/clm/topic/com.ibm.rational.rrm.help.doc/topics/c_filter_views_modules.html

The tricky part is how to set filtering condition. Is there anything in common in imported artifacts (requirements) such as title, creation date or any other attribute? If so, you can create a view with this filter. Otherwise you might need to create a custom attribute to distinguish imported artifacts from other artifacts. Good luck.
