We are unable to access RTC dashboards and many others facing the same issue.
"Permission Denied
Your account does not have the group memberships required to access the requested resource"
Can you help us what is meant?where things are wrong?

 Hope user has RTC develop floating licenses assigned and then added to Jazz Users group? Is this happening for only one user? Is anyone else can access the dashboards ?
