Cannot see "Associate Work Item" option in RTC IDE?

Hi all.

When I want to associate work item to my change set in pending changes view using Related Artifacts,
there is no option called "Associate Work Item" available. Only option is for "Associate Change Request",

Can you please help me on this?

What version of RTC are you using?
