How to migrate diagrams, files and links from RDNG to RTC or any other tool?

We are planning to migrate data from RDNG to RTC, but the export csv option does not export attached files, diagrams, links etc. How do I migrate diagrams etc. from RDNG to RTC or any other tool?

Can you please explain your use case in more details? What's the reason for such migration? I hope that you are not trying to use RTC/RDNG as "file storage".

Our management decided to sunset our RDNG server, so we are looking for alternate option. RTC is a good option but for our existing RDNG artifacts we are looking for this migration. We tried export csv from RDNG and then import that to RTC. The work items get created for each artifact but diagrams, links, files are not coming. How do I get them?
