RRDI report for closed defects showing wrong
Hi,
We are using CLM 5.0.2 and then jazz ETL jobs to store the data in RIDW db so when I see the "Request History" for Modifier Name and Record Date time for closed defects then showing some other modifier name and modified date . But its not showing in Jazz defect history. Last modified owner and date and time was different.
Strange thing is for few of the closed defects showing 'xyz' owner and record date time would be 'abc' so something happen on that particular date and time.
Anyone seen this before and any suggestion to fix this in RRDI ?

Aug 04 '17, 12:41 p.m.I think found root cause. When we do bulk edit to close the defects then some of them are already in Closed defects then those will not updating in Jazz and disappearing in Defect history whereas RRDI its showing the transaction happen on defect.

Aug 07 '17, 3:31 a.m.I'd recommend to raise a new topic for RTC, as the problem is in RTC side when bulk updating workitems status to Closed, then the status is not updated in RTC web client. It sounds like RRDI report is showing workitem status as expected. Also verify the log file (ccm.log) when this discrepancy happened.
