How to add our own customised links or page inside navbar-wrapper to the web -UI.

                           I want to add my own customised links or pages to navbar-wrapper inside dashboard.I am using CLM 6.0.3.I referred "https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/HiJazzWebTutorial",but I am not able to display pages on the web UI.I followed it's every step,but still not got output.I tried this task by uploading my html file to theme,by using its predefined div classes,but still not sucess. In that tutorial I didn't get how they linked the eclipse application with the Web UI. Someone please help me to complete this task.
