Developed DNG v6.0.2 Widget Issue (Error ID: CRJAZ5037E)

 Issue: Previously working DNG Extension/Widget are no longer working and showing error CRJAZ5037E.

- We have developed 3 extensions DNG accessible through the Mini Dashboard.

- The extensions are hosted on a Web Server installed on the DNG server.

- All 3 extensions worked perfectly fine, until about 3 weeks, and are now failing to load with error CRJAZ5037E.

This is very strange, as the Extensions had been working perfectly fine.

Has anyone experienced such an issue with developed extensions?

Will appreciate any ideas, recommendations to investigate/address this issue.

For such issue, we always ask - what has changed? Not knowing any changes is not the same as having no changes at all. So you need to find out.

Agree with Donald, nothing stops work just like that, something changed.
So find out what. And use the pointer from the user action associated with the error message:


The OpenSocial gadget was not loaded.


The gadget might have been removed from the host server.

To fix this issue, remove the gadget from your dashboard and add it again, being sure to use the correct address.

 I was facing the same issue although no changes were made in Widget Setup. Restarting the server solved the issue for me.
