How to migrate RTC from SLES to RedHat, and have a new URI to point to the RedHat RTC

Christopher Starr (44219) | asked Jul 11 '17, 4:39 p.m.
We are migrating our SLES RTC 6.0.2 environment (JTS and CCM only, single-host, linux, Oracle, Liberty) from SLES Linux to RedHat Linux. We want the RedHat RTC URI to be different from the SLES RTC URI. I have installed RTC 6.0.2 on our new Red Hat server, and our database administrator has exported our Oracle database and environment from the SLES server to the RedHat server. However, I am having a problem due to errors that seem to be associated with the new URI name for the Red Hat server. What procedure should I use to migrate from our production SLES environment to RedHat (and allow the RedHat RTC instance to have a different URI name)?  For example, our production system is currently https://sles.seg.org:9443/jts and we want our new RedHat system to be https://redhat.seg.org:9443/jts. Note that we only run two applications: JTS and CCM. Thank you for any guidance on how we should perform our RTC migration from SLES to RedHat.
